Welsh Steam Train Forced To Use Russian Coal

MERTHYR TYDFIL, WALES - SEPTEMBER 22: A general view of the Brecon Mountain Railway steam train on September 22, 2009 in Merthyr Tydfil, Wales. Because of regulations on the transport of coal, fuel for the Steam Locomotive has to be imported 3000 miles from Siberia, despite the South Welsh Ffos-y-Fran coal mine being only three miles away.
